    Studying can often be boring as we would sit for hours staring at an open book. Many student such as myself tend to lose concentration after an hour of studying and will take some time off to relax. Besides that, most of us do not have the motivation to study during our free time furthermore during the exam season. Nonetheless, motivation is crucial to achieve success in our studies. There are several people that play an important role to instill motivation in a person to study.

    Parents are one of the main source of motivation to their children. They are one of the closest people to their children. They as the source of inspiration to their children should help guide them to be successful in their studies. Parents should help to make their childrens' studying process more attractive and enjoyable as it helps their children to understand better what their teachers are teaching to them. Parents should also enlighten their children about the consequences if they choose to not care about their studies. It would be a good wake-up call for their children as time wait for no man.

    Besides that, teachers also play an important role to motivate their students. Teachers who are the people who help to shape their student's future, should not just only provide basic academic knowledge to their students but also help to shape their student's attitude to ensure that they will be disciplined. Teachers should also act disciplined and well-mannered as they are also a role model in their student's eyes. Teachers should make their ways of teaching more attractive and interesting for their student to attract their attention and make it easier for them to understand the lesson. In a way, teachers should work together with parents to determine what if the factor that makes the child uninterested in studying and help to curb the problem.

   In conclusion, all of the parties involved should work together to make sure that the child is aware that everything he or she is doing and what everyone else is doing for him is for his or her future. Ultimately, no one can help to change his or her perception of studying except themselves.
